Purpose of the Job: 

The prime responsibility is to strengthen sales, Operations, Business Development of various Loan products in the defined Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the business strategy for assigned territory and grow the market share across Direct, Alliance and DSA channel.
  • To work with sales team in implementing business strategy in the assigned Territory.
  • Driving servicing, Operation, collections, compliance and regulatory requirements for the assigned territory..
  • Candidates with more than 5 Years of experience in BANK/NBFC/OTHER BFSI sector with Credit operations, Team leading, managerial & Sales background.
  • Experienced profiles from Finance companies.
  1. Searching MICRO FINANCE/Small Business Groups in all rural areas.
  2. Personal Visits, group discussions and marketing of our product.
  3. Contact existing customers and search more prospects from existing business/lost business.
  4. Lead generation for MF Business co-ordination with sales staff.
  5. Analysis of Risk concerned with documentation, financial conditions, future prospects.
  6. Credit Processing – MF/SBL.
  7. Responsible for MF operational activities.
  8. Calculations of Charges, Interest rates etc. as per RBI guidelines.
  9. Result oriented Credit Control.
  10. Guide sales staff for MF Credit business.
  11. Make optimal use of the Loan Origination System and Loan Management System.
  12. Follow rules and regulations in consultation with our Legal Department.
  13. Audit compliance.
  14. Monitor NPA to budgeted levels for the product.
  15. Design & implement Credit Policy.
  16. Give feedback to Management about development of MF Credit on experience & case study.
  17. Data Analysis and reports for MF Business.
  18. Industry Analysis.
  19. Assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers and conducting periodic reviews of existing customers.
  20. Optimize company sales and reduce bad debt losses by maintaining the credit policy.
  21. Technical Competencies.
  22. Close watch on competitor’s business.
  23. Prepare action plan to meet above responsibilities.

i) Roles and Responsibilities

  • Looking for a dynamic Human Resources Executive for program management of employee onboarding process and deliver a great employee experience.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams viz. Talent Acquisition, IT, Administration teams, etc. to drive seamless end-to-end onboarding experience for new joiners.
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of employee goodies.
  • Deliver employee orientation sessions for new joiners.
  • Query handling of new joiners and helping them complete processes the first time right.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of internal HR policies and act as the first point of contact for all new joiners to resolve any policies-related queries.
  • Handle documentation and ensure compliance with defined SOPs.
  • Regularly update employee data on HR systems.
  • Participate in and drive HR audits.

ii) Desired Candidate Profile

  • Management Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and understanding of basic computer operation
  • Language and communication skills (English, Marathi and Hindi)
