Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)
In line with our funding strategy, the Company has previously issued NCDs through private placement to institutional and eligible investors. These instruments were structured in compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations (where applicable) and RBI guidelines governing NBFCs.

The Company has issued CCPS to strategic investors in accordance with Section 55 of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules. These CCPS convert into equity shares within a defined period and as per the terms of issue, and CCPS holders are entitled to a fixed dividend per annum during the tenure of the instrument.
