Loan terms, eligibility criteria, interest rates and other charges are indicative and are confirmed only at the time of loan sanction at a MAG Finserv branch.

3. Applications & communication consent

When you submit a loan application, contact form or other enquiry through this website:

• You confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate and complete;
• You authorise company representatives to Call, SMS, RCS, Email or WhatsApp you regarding our products and offers, and this consent overrides any registration for DNC/NDNC;
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee sanction of a loan;
• All loans are subject to eligibility, appraisal, documentation and approval by our credit team.

4. Loan disbursement & recovery processes

Loans are governed by the specific Loan Agreement and Key Fact Statement signed between you and MAG Finserv at the time of disbursal. In the event of default, we follow the recovery process permitted under applicable law and RBI guidelines, which may include repossession of pledged gold as per the terms of the pledge agreement. We encourage customers in difficulty to contact us early — we are committed to fair and dignified resolution.

5. Interest rates & charges

Interest rates vary by product, loan programme, loan-to-value (LTV), tenure and repayment frequency, and are quoted transparently at the branch before disbursal. Where applicable, statutory charges (such as GST) are levied as per law. No hidden charges are levied on our Gold Loan product; specific charges, if any, for other products are disclosed in the Key Fact Statement before signing.

6. EMI calculators

EMI calculations shown on this website are indicative estimates for planning purposes only. They are not a quotation of interest rates or an offer of credit. The actual EMI depends on the sanctioned amount, rate, tenure and repayment schedule as per your Loan Agreement.

7. Intellectual property
